Burning sensation in the stomach after consuming chili will influence the baby in his soft womb. It is so sensitive and may effect on his nerve growth especially to the skin.

Diarrhea

Food with lot of spices like chili or pepper sometimes can cause a stomach upset and another indigestion like diarrhea. This kind of food can be harmful to the fetus. When it comes to diarrhea after consuming the spicy food, just stop the consume of it.and relieve the lose electrolyte with ORS. Diarrhea will slowly stop without consuming any drug. But diarrhea can cause contraction in uterus due to stomach cramps. This contraction is caused by the squeeze of fetus inside the womb. This contraction will also caused a pressure on the colon.

Sour Food

This limitation is also  applied for the sour drink. Too much sour drink will make a stomach discomfort. And it's possible will cause wound on the gut if the acid comes from vinegar or another non-biological materials. This condition could be worse for the pregnant that have had a gastritis.

It doesn't mean pregnant doesn't eat spicy and sour food at all, all we need is to manage and keep not to eat over.
